If your pet has been prescribed ongoing medications by one of our vets and you would like to order repeat medications then please use the form below
Please note that we can only comply with requests where one of our vets has authorised continuous supply of medication for permanent or long-term conditions. We cannot issue treatment for new or recurring conditions using this method. You can still, of course, telephone either surgery to request medication if you prefer.
We can only respond to requests from the person/s listed as the registered owner/s in our records.
